Warranty Return Process

  1. Go to MyDashboard, select Orders & Returns, choose the order you are needing to send back and click the return button, be sure you select the correct quantity of parts being sent back. Select if a Replacement is needed and choose the Reason For Return (if needed you can upload pictures or a document) then hit submit. Once your request is received Customer Service will provide a Sales Return Order number(SRO).
  2. Be sure to include the sales return order document as a packing slip provided from Customer Service, then pack all products carefully to avoid damage from shipping. Original shipping boxes preferred.
  3. Products must be returned complete with all components. Missing components will be replaced at customer expense.
  4. Once the product is received and tested applicable credit(s) will be applied to your account.
