Warranty Return Process
- Go to MyDashboard, select Orders & Returns, choose the order you are needing to send back and click the return button, be sure you select the correct quantity of parts being sent back. Select if a Replacement is needed and choose the Reason For Return (if needed you can upload pictures or a document) then hit submit. Once your request is received Customer Service will provide a Sales Return Order number(SRO).
- Be sure to include the sales return order document as a packing slip provided from Customer Service, then pack all products carefully to avoid damage from shipping. Original shipping boxes preferred.
- Products must be returned complete with all components. Missing components will be replaced at customer expense.
- Once the product is received and tested applicable credit(s) will be applied to your account.
